Validating the voting result
The voting process is overseen by the WFN CEO, WFN IT Consultant, and the WFN Secretary General*.
The results of the voting are checked and validated by two independent invigilators** before being communicated to the Chair of the WFN Council of Delegates Annual General Meeting.

In 2025, the incumbent Secretary General is also a candidate for election. Therefore, the WFN Treasurer, who is not standing for election, will help oversee the voting process instead of the Secretary General.

The role of the invigilator is to ensure the integrity of the election and voting process by verifying that all procedures and the analysis of results have been carried out accurately and in full compliance with the established rules.
